Thomas Edison once said "Just because something doesn't do what you planned it to do doesn't mean it's useless." That would certainly apply to this list of the ten best accidental inventions of all time. I have only one qualm with this list. How is it that Post-It Notes were omitted?

Dear Daddy Pundit,
My name is Samuel Fisher and I work for a company in New York City called "The Factor Tree". Our product uses a unique combination of student-specific learning trajectories and East-Asian curriculum to teach kids age K-6 mathematics.
We have received a very positive response from the homeschooling community. As a homeschooling blogger, we would like to extend to you a free trial for the duration of our beta testing period prior to our live launch. In exchange, we would ask that you simply share with us your thoughts on our product, its strengths, its weaknesses, and those areas where we can best improve.
Please let me know if you are interested by emailing me at samuel.fisher@thefactortree.com
Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.
